eBay Luxury Exchange

We opened the Luxury Exchange, a first-of-its-kind retail experiment in the heart of NYC's diamond district, to make eBay synonymous with Luxury. On the heels of eBay’s expansion of Authenticity Guarantee into the jewelry category, we hosted an IRL experience where luxury items acted as legal tender. Shoppers were invited to have their jewelry, handbags, and watches appraised and exchanged for “closet currency” - or store credit - to shop for authentic items from eBay’s top luxury sellers.
